  Nathan helped me with a home loan on my first home purchase. He was very transparent and communicated well and promptly to any queries I had (and there were many!) He guided me throughout the process of not just getting a home loan but the process of buying a house for the first time too. All required paperwork was prepared well in advance and he was very organized.

  Nathan is an extremely capable accountant/mortgage broker who I have no hesitation recommending to anyone. His strengths can be listed from wall to wall. For me, it is his ability to communicate, explain and advise on different scenarios in keeping your options open. Thus, allowing you to make the best possible decision. He is always prompt with his response and detailed in his approach. Someone I would trust in managing my finances 100%.

  Nathan got things done in the most efficient and professional manner, providing lots of information to help me make a calculated decision to select my first home loan. Apart from just the interest rates, Nathan will clearly map out a comparison in between the top best selections of loans according to your needs, down to the extra flight rewards points a bank may offer you. It was easy for me to choose with this comparison and i didn't need to think for long to see what was the best deal for me. There was no mucking around and very little waiting as Nathan works quickly and as soon as he receives any required information/document! Thanks Nathan for your help, i could make a choice quickly even as a picky person!

  Nathan helped us in a fantastic way through the whole process of buying our first house in Australia. Having assets outside of Australia made the process a bit more complicated but Nathan showed us the ropes and everything went smooth. He would answer all of our questions extremely swiftly, even outside of office hours! His high expertise and service level went far above anything we ever expected. Would definitely recommend Prudent Finance to every one looking for solid financial advice!
