  Everyone knows that fries straight out of the vat will burn you. I laid the back of my hand on the first lot of fries this lying heifer gave us and they were barely warm.

  I did some work over lunch in the restaurant and was sitting near the counter. I was absolutely sickened by the general disrespect the customers showed the staff. They were mostly very rude, impatient and even hostile. The staff were AMAZING. always patient, very well mannered and offered the service of restaurant quality. Well done Macca's South Perth.

  Just arrived home from another disturbing visit to this MacDonald drive through. The young lady at the first window was again very professional, and once again when we asked for freshly cooked fries (not ones that had been sitting under the heat lamp for ages) she called through to the front requesting fresh fries be placed in the vat.

  Friendly and hard working staff. Some mistakes with orders but quickly rectified with no issue. Cramped serving/waiting area so maybe reducing seating in the vicinity will help this? Also, maybe increase staff to accommodate the popularity of this place? A lot of these complaints could be prevented with extra staff.

  Unfortunately, the morbidly obese redhead that handed over our order at the second window, whom by the way gave us barely warm fries at our visit prior to this one, served up more barely warm fries to us this time too. I told her that they were not fresh and certainly NOT HOT and she replied that they had just come out of the oil. I told her that we were not happy with the fries and that we want HOT fries and that this was the second time she'd tried this BS with us.

  INDOORS PLAYGROUND for our toddlers was the reason for our visit, as outside it was scorching hot. The pancakes & coffee were decent.
