  The old man working in there is usually grumpy or rude and makes you come back to his shop multiple times to collect your mail because he says he can't find it. He tells you that your mail is not there (when it actually is) and he barely has a look for your package before giving up. My only guess as to why he does this is that perhaps he is thinking people will buy more retail items from the shop if they have to come in three or four times to collect one piece of mail. I know several people (besides me) who this happens to, and has happened to them multiple times. i.e. receive notice of mail being held there, go in once told come back later, go in twice, told come back later, call Australia Post head office they say it's there, co back a third time and voila! it magically appears. I hated wasting my time in there so much I went and paid for a PO box at different post office so I *never* have to go in there again to try (three times) to collect packages that don't fit in my house letter box.

  Agree with the previous reviewer, the old man there was the rudest and most unpleasant person that we met in Perth. Please save yourself the misery and just visit another Post Office.

  It's like the old guy in this Post Office is in a competition for rude service....If that is the case then he is comfortably in front. Attempts to complete your transaction with as little communication, eye contact and friendliness as possible.

  A small post office but always friendly, helpful service.

  The older gentlemen who works there is exactly that, a gentleman. If one uses their manners then they will have a pleasant experience.
